FEAST! Meal of the Month Program
We coordinate a monthly meal in all of the campus dining halls which highlights vegan recipes from across the world. The goal of this event is to showcase how different cultures pursue veg diets and to help convince students that veg food can be both tasty and nutritious. We are partnered with Sargent Health Nutritionists and BU Dining Services on this project. Our next Meal is Feb 6th and is Thai themed.
1 Week to Save the Earth 2021
#1Week is our capstone yearly project where we encourage students to commit to a veg diet for just 1 week. We believe in the power of individual action and agree with the UN when they say dietary changes are a crucial part of any climate strategy. Last year, we helped save over 200k gallons of water and reduce 3.5k lbs of carbon emissions through a grassroots movement. Our work has been recognized nationally by the T-Mobile Foundation as a "Changemaker" organization. This year, we hope to grow to become a cross-college phenomenon and to invite major activists and speakers to join our cause.

Spreading the FEAST Mission
This is a big year for FEAST's growth. We are looking to develop a website, expand beyond BU, and revamp our social media presence. If you are interested in the communications/marketing aspects of a growing environmental movement, you have a place in FEAST!
Student Advocacy
We plan to continue to be a link between students and dining. We want to bring about two-way communication, so students can have their concerns and new ideas heard, while Dining Services can share the fun new programs and initiatives they are leading.
